For Products (not services)
At Sweets Boxing, we want you to be thrilled with your product purchase. Since your items are custom-printed just for you by our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful, we have a specific return and exchange policy. Please read it carefully.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your product is damaged during shipping or there's a clear manufacturing error (e.g., misprint, wrong item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us process your claim quickly, please provide the following:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged or misprinted item, including the packaging if it's damaged.

A brief description of the issue.
Once we review your claim and confirm the issue is due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing error by Printful, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund. We will work with Printful to arrange the replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Size Exchanges
Please carefully review the size charts provided on each product page before placing your order. As each item is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. We understand that online shopping can sometimes make it tricky to choose the right size, so we encourage you to double-check the measurements.

Other Returns
Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or manufacturing errors. This includes situations where you've changed your mind, don't like the design as much as you thought, or ordered the wrong color (unless it was our error).
How to Initiate a Claim for Damaged or Misprinted Items:

Please email us at info@sweetsboxing.com with the subject line "Damaged/Misprinted Item - Order # [Your Order Number]".

In your email, please include the information requested above (order number, photos, and description).

We will review your claim and respond within 7 business days with further instructions.
Important Notes:

Any claims for damaged or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the damage or issue is deemed to be caused by customer misuse or negligence.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow [Number, e.g., 5-10] business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
