Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Boxing Classes

Classes are designed for all levels of fitness and boxing skills. Most classes start with a warm-up, followed by bag work, and conclude with strength and conditioning. If you have never boxed before, attend an intro class to learn the basics, and then try out a regular class.

Adult classes are age 13 or older

Kids classes are age 7 to 12

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-private sessions are limited to six people per session. Sessions consist of partner drills and mitt work. Unlike a heavy bag, you have a partner who reacts to
you and you to them. You get real-time feedback, allowing you to make corrections instead of drilling bad habits. They are designed to give you the attention you need to develop your skills quickly.

Private Sessions

Private sessions give you one-on-one attention from a coach. These sessions mainly consist of mitt work and related coaching. Your coach will provide instant feedback, teach you new techniques, and help you improve quickly. Private sessions are great for new boxers who want to learn quickly, seasoned boxers who want to work on specific techniques, and individuals looking for an edge over everyone else.

Monday - Saturday

  Your coach will list private session times on the Gymdesk schedule. You can use the app or sign in through the website to select a session time. Sessions will be listed one to two weeks out. You can also message your coach through the app to discuss options.
